Technical Sales Manager

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Manager for a manufacturing and fabrication business in Texarkana, Arkansas. Be the owner of your time by setting your schedule, developing clientele, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel throughout the south-central region for business development.

• Own the sales process from initial contact to signing of contracts.

• Track projects from when the contract is signed until the final product has been delivered and commissioned on customer sites.

• Work with customers to identify and correct deficiencies in in-process and delivered projects.

• Work closely with company ownership and management to identify key markets to target.

• Develop and present sales presentations to customers.

• Be able to effectively communicate to company ownership current sales targets and status’s of each business relationship.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales.

• Associates of Science in Business Administration

• Experience working in team environments and on multi-phase projects.

• Knowledge of the manufacturing and fabrication industry.

• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently

• Ability to travel regionally (within 4 hours of Texarkana, Arkansas).

• Clean driving record and drug-free.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors of Science in Business Administration

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range: $30,000 - 50,000 plus commissions from new clients created, depending on experience and location.
