Responsibilities:

  • Be a team player who is willing to develop and lead technicians of varying skill levels.

  • Carry out all testing procedures. Develop new procedures when necessary.

  • Be meticulous and troubleshoot problems, diagnose and repair faults.

  • Understand and analyze data and prepare reports for customers.

  • Professionally interact with customers, and foster partner relationships to exceed client expectations.

  • Ensure a safe working environment for all involved. Comply with all safety requirements.

  • Run project teams and lead junior technicians to successful project completion.

  • Manage kick-off, status, and closeout meetings as necessary.

  • Be a subject matter expert on power systems testing, who can assist and advise team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years of NETA electrical testing experience required

  • NETA Certification of Level III or Level IV required

  • Ability and willingness to work extended hours to achieve customer success

  • Must be legally eligible to operate a motor vehicle

  • CDL preferred but not required

  • Able and willing to travel domestically

  • Electrical engineering degree preferred, but not required.

  • Ability to pass continual background checks as required by customers
